VNS07: CYCLING MEKONG(Full Day)

Overview

About 115km from Saigon, Caibe is well known as good land for orange and mango. The islands around Caibe also have great rambutan, longan and durian. Interesting local handicrafts: rice paper, pop-sticky rice cake, manioc paper cake etc… and most famous one : the floating market open up every morning right in front of an old catholic church (built in 1939). All of these sites can be seen in one day, however you need a bicycle to explore the fruit orchards.

Depart 07:30 am for CaiBe (2.5 hrs). On arrival, we get on board for visit CaiBe floating market and cruise over the mighty mekong river (~ 1.5km wide) to islands in the middle of mekong river branches. We start cycling ~ 12km under the green canopy; explore the orchards and daily life of farmers. These islands include 4 communes : DongPhu, HoaNinh, AnBinh and BinhHoaPhuoc, great cycling route through these communes, see different kinds of trees. Lunch break at one local place, then we cruise back to Caibe for another cycling route through numerous rural riverside villages before our bus pick up to HCM city. Arrive in HCMC ~ 18:00.

●   From 24 – 48 hours before departure: Guests pay 50%
