CCL05: Hidden Trails of the Mekong Delta(Full Day)

Overview

The Mekong Delta, Cái Bè trip is a beautiful and pleasant ride amongst the rice paddies and farm lands in the closest province of the Mekong to Sài Gòn.

We’ll pick you up at 7:30am from your hotel and we’ll drive to Tiền-Giang Province; this will take about 90 minutes. Once in the Mekong it will be time for you to experience a 35 to 45 km bicycle ride crossing the Mekong River and traveling through locally grown vegetable and exotic fruit farms. After seeing all those fruits, you will probably start getting hungry! For lunch you will stop in the countryside and eat authentic Vietnamese food. All meals come from fresh ingredients from the nearest market. After lunch you will discover an authentic Vietnamese marketplace with local delicacies away from the tourist crowd. You will finish this tour with a 45-minute private boat tour along one of the most beautiful canals of the region before being transferred back to Sài Gòn (2 hours). You will be back around 5 or 6 pm.

For those that fancy a greater challenge, you can skip the bus ride and take the journey by bicycle all the way up to the forest before arriving for lunch, and after lunch you can also take a 10km (optional) off-road path through the forest.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

●   Within 24 hours before departure: Guests pay 100%
●   From 24 – 48 hours before departure: Guests pay 50%
●   Prior to 48 hours before departure: Guests pay 20%

●   We also offer pickup service at other districts with extra fees:

●   Children Policy

• From 12 years old up: pay as an adult.
• From 5 – 11 years old: Pay 75%
• Under 5 years old: Free of charge.
• However, only one under-five free admission per booking. If you have more than two under-five, from the second kid pays 50% each.

●   All participants under 18 must be accompanied with an adult.
