Overview

Explore the history of the Khmer civilization on our package tour of the majestic temples of Angkor. One of the world’s premier travel destinations as it is one of the largest religious monuments in the world. You will spend your time to contemplate the unique and majestic architecture of temple complex, built between 802 and 1220 AD by by King Suryavarman II at the height of the Khmer Empire’s political and military power. This tour will bring you to have a brief understanding about Cambodia within 2 days.

  • DAY 01: SIEM REAP ARRIVAL - ANGKOR WAT TOUR (no meal)

     

    Upon arrival at Siem Reap airport, meets and transfers to hotel for check in.

    Visit to the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Enjoy wonderful sunset from the top of Pre Rup Temple.

  • DAY 02: SIEM REAP - TEMPLE DISCOERY – DEPARTURE (Breakfast)

    Visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch not included

    Visit to the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, SrahSrang (“The Royal Baths” was once used or ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. NeakPean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool (representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake) and Preah Khan temple, Built by the King Jayavarman VII. Preah Khan is, like Ta Prohm, a place of towered enclosures and shoulder hugging corridors. Unlike Ta Prohm, however, the temple of Preah Khan is in a reasonable state of preservation and ongoing restoration efforts should maintain and even improve this situation.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking by you must be made in writing. We will not regard a booking as cancelled unless and until written notice is received by us. On cancellation, the following charges will apply:
● Any cancellation before 10 days: Free of charge
● Any cancellation from 4 to 9 days: charge 50%
● Any cancellation prior to 72 hours before departure: charge 100%

● We strongly recommend the purchase of a travel insurance (covering emergency medical evacuation) for trips to Cambodia.
● Please note that timing and itinerary are subject to change without notice. However, we will do everything we reasonably can to make sure everything goes according to plan.
● Surcharge will be applied for single traveler or single room request.
● Any surcharge/extra fees for visit of the Angkor Historical site imposed by the Apsara Authorities in Siem Reap which are subject to change without prior notice.
● Children Policy

  • From 12 years old up: pay as an adult.
  • From 5 – 11 years old: Pay 75%
  • Under 5 years old: Free of charge. However, only one under-five free admission per booking. If you have more than two under-five, from the second kid pays 50% each.

● Please request in advance if you have a food allergy, you are a vegetarian, you observe Halal or diet menu. Some special requests might be applied with an extra charge.
● For every Long Holiday period as below schedule, surcharge will be applied.

  • Chinese New Year: (within 3days with actual date)
  • Khmer New Year: (within 3days on 14-16 Apr)
  • King’s Birthday: (within 3days on 13-15 May)
